The purpose of the role is to take a position as Assistant Project Coordinator, supporting the Program Delivery Manager in delivering a new project of site visits for a very large retail company.
The role will be based at our head office in St Helens but will also include the ability to work from home some days of the week.
Working with all relevant stakeholders, the person will be expected to deliver high standards of work at all times and contribute as an effective team member.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the output of their own work and ensuring that all data is managed effectively between the client and the consultants.
Main Accountabilities:
* Support the Program Delivery Manager in all aspects of the project.
* Ensure continual improvement in EDP’s client-facing service delivery.
* Upkeep of trackers and client software systems where required.
* Ensure all project folders are up to date and relevant information is stored correctly.
* Generation of client performance reports and EDP contract performance metrics.
* Invoicing using the client portal.
Experience and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Experience of administration support for delivery teams.
* Excellent written and presentation skills.
* Experience of working with data and software packages.
* Experience of working with high volumes of data.
Hours of Work:
* Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30.
* The role will be based at the EDP office in St Helens, Merseyside.

Pay: £20,500.00-£22,000.00 per year.
