I have an opportunity for a No.1 Site Manager to work on an 18 week contract, working on a shop fit-out project in Cardiff.
This Main Contractor has been operating since the 1980s. As a business, they have always worked on refurbishment and fit-out projects across multiple sectors including retail, commercial offices, and high-end residential.
The role is an 18 week contract on a project comprising the fit out of a retail unit within a shopping centre in Cardiff. The role is fast-paced and requires an experienced Site Manager with a strong track record working on shop fit-out projects. They are looking for someone to start in January 2020 and are ready to start interviewing now.
No.1 Site Manager Responsibilities:
* Experienced No.1 Site Manager with a track record working for a reputable main contractor
* Shop fit-out experience
* Ideally come from a carpentry background
* SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
* Strong on Health & Safety and paperwork
* Able to commute to Cardiff on a daily basis
