The Quality Administrator is to provide support in all quality matters including implementation of quality procedures, and making sure corrective actions are taken to minimise future occurrences.
The Quality Administrator is responsible for maintaining and managing the electronic Quality Management System (E-QMS) and ensuring accurate documentation control across the organisation. This role supports the quality function by handling documentation processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and assisting in continuous improvement initiatives to maintain the highest operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the implementation and maintenance of quality procedures.
2. Ensure corrective actions are documented and followed through to minimise recurrence.
3. Maintain and manage the electronic Quality Management System (E-QMS).
4. Ensure accurate documentation control across the organisation.
5. Assist in compliance with relevant regulatory and quality standards.
6. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to uphold high operational standards.
Requirements
1. Strong computer skills and familiarity with digital systems.
2. Quality-related experience is preferred but not essential – training will be provided.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
6. Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
