About the Team: The Family and Adolescent Support Team (FAST) are looking for experienced and dedicated Social Worker’s who are passionate about working with adolescents and their families. We have vacancies across Warwickshire within our locality-based teams. FAST provide services and intervention with young people and their families where the primary concern is extra-familial harm, substance misuse, adolescent mental health and 16/17-year-old homelessness. FAST operate within a contextual safeguarding model, acknowledging that traditional safeguarding approaches are not always the right fit for young people. Within this role, you would have the opportunity to work creatively within a multi-disciplinary/co-located setting to lead on disruption to contextual risks and increase safety for our young people in the community.
