Facilities and Office Coordinator
We have a new opportunity for a Facilities and Operations Coordinator to join our dedicated team in Wallingford. As an experienced Coordinator you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day to day operation of our offices whilst providing facilities and general operational support to the Senior Office Manager. You will essentially be the glue that holds the physical spaces together.

Responsibilities:
1. Organising deliveries of food and staff welfare goods; Ensuring kitchen and bathrooms are kept organised and well stocked - there will be a considerable amount of manual handling.
2. Vendor coordination and maintenance; arranging servicing and maintenance in the buildings as required.
3. Own the Health & Safety administration; ensuring First Aid and Fire Safety compliance is updated on a weekly basis, performing checks on emergency lighting, defibrillators, fire extinguishers, and fire alarm systems. Updating our H&S platform regularly.
4. Refilling required stock as designated by the Senior Office Manager.
5. Cleaning and service requirements of beverage machines.
6. Taking charge of managing the cleanliness of client meeting rooms.
7. Assisting with stationary, printing and brand merchandise orders. This will involve keeping track of budget and orders using Excel.
8. Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all facilities and equipment are properly maintained. Administration of security passes.
9. Performing other ad hoc related duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
1. Experience within a Facilities position or similar.
2. Good Microsoft Office Skills – Outlook, Excel and Word.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
5. Have a flexible approach to work and be a self-starter.
6. A working knowledge of health and safety would be an advantage but not essential.
7. Happy to get stuck into tasks and do what needs to be done.
8. Must be able to be onsite 5 days a week and easily commutable to Wallingford.
9. Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
