Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex case work to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
Provide expert advice and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
Develop and implement individualized support plans based on client needs.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify service requirements.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions for staff development.
Monitor and review the effectiveness of interventions and report on progress.
Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
A recognized qualification in social work, counseling, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of current policies, legislation, and best practices in the field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
