Job Title: Cover Supervisor Location: North West England, Lancashire, Chorley Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time Salary: £83.85 - £100 Per day Job Duties: Supervising and managing classroom activities in the absence of the regular teacher Implementing pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring student engagement Maintaining a positive learning environment and managing student behaviour Assisting with classroom preparation and resource management Providing feedback to regular teachers on student progress and behaviour Required Qualifications: GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Mathematics Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow instructions and work independently Education: A minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Mathematics Experience: Experience working with children or young people in an educational setting Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of classroom management techniques Ability to engage and motivate students Basic knowledge of educational principles Good organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Higher level qualifications in Education or related field First Aid certification Working Conditions: This role involves working in a school environment, following school hours and term dates.
