Job Description
We are looking for someone who will be able to bring their passion and enthusiasm for motorcycles into our successful multi-franchise motorcycle business as a member of our Warranty and Aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a flagship destination dealership working with some of the most successful and exciting brands in the motorcycle market today.
Duties include but are not exclusive to:
1. Dealing with and processing Warranty Claims and enquiries as and when necessary.
2. The processing, ordering and sale of parts and accessories for the various brands of motorcycle that we sell.
3. Ensuring the correct and efficient supply of parts to the workshop as and when required.
The ideal candidate will have a solid Aftersales/Service/Warranty background from either the motorcycle or automotive industries and a good technical understanding of motorcycles.
A passion for motorcycles is an absolute must as is the ability to deliver excellent customer service and results. A good technical knowledge of motorcycles together with the ability to communicate clearly with both the workshop and customers is essential.
A full motorcycle and driving licence is required.
Final salary awarded to the successful candidate will be negotiable depending on experience.
