Surveyor (Stock Condition)
37 hours per week, Monday - Friday, based in Preston
£37,953.75 per annum
What will you be doing in this role?
As a Surveyor (Stock Condition), you will undertake surveys and inspections of Community Gateway housing stock, ensuring standards and regulatory requirements are fully met. You will prepare schedules and specifications of work as appropriate to ensure that all properties and assets are well maintained.
What we are looking for in you
You'll have experience of completing a range of property surveys and scheduling the works, as well as managing the works from inspection through to completion. You must have an understanding of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry best practices in housing.
The main things:
* You'll have a level 3 qualification in a building-related subject or a trade qualification.
* A working knowledge of Decent Homes legislation.
* A full driving licence and access to a car with business insurance.
