We are excited to offer a new opportunity for an HR Advisor to join our HR team at BCHA.

* Experienced in Employee Relations – Able to confidently handle employee relations issues.
* Coaching Approach – Committed to guiding and supporting colleagues, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
* CIPD Level 5 Qualification (or equivalent) – Essential for this role.
* Collaborative and Resourceful – A team player who leverages resources effectively and communicates clearly to keep operations running smoothly.

Demonstrable and significant employee relations case management
Experience of dealing with consultation activities and TUPE
Experience of utilising HRMS to generate people reports and data.
Experience of working in a commercially aware HR environment
Experience of developing and delivering effective and engaging people management training
Experience of using Microsoft office to a high standard (inc. excel & formulas)
Able to demonstrate that you put the customer at the heart of all you do
Able to demonstrate you are effective both as a team member and working on your own
Able to make sound decisions and offer sound advice
