A bit about the job: The role will include underwriting International Corporate Property Business. You will be managing portfolio of risks assigned within GCS space with companies and businesses worth of over £250 million, the cases will be a mixture of lead and follow over a range of brokers. You will also be involved in client visits, have market interaction with our broker partners and interaction with various other elements of Aviva such as the CRM team, client relationship management, team, sales, distribution and other lines. Skills and experience we’re looking for: A good level of experience in the Property Insurance Market, including underwriting, risk assessment, pricing, coverage and setting of terms Good customer service and complaint handling skills including communication and negotiation skills Understanding of Global Insurance Products is desirable and an understanding of the regulatory aspects of writing commercial insurance Good knowledge of the market, its issues and dynamics, including reinsurance ACII qualification or progression towards preferable What you’ll get for this role: Our purpose - with you today, for a better tomorrow – is a promise we make to our colleagues too.
