We’re on the hunt for a proactive and strategic HR Business Partner who’s ready to build strong relationships, drive meaningful change, and deliver HR excellence across our vibrant clients Basingstoke and Clapham sites. What’s in it for you? A Strategic Role: Be a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning HR strategies with company goals and enabling a high-performance culture. Dynamic Work Locations: You will be the on the ground support for our clients Basingstoke site (3 days per week) and venturing to Clapham HQ 1 day per week. Full Employee Lifecycle Ownership: Take the lead on employee relations, talent acquisition, onboarding, and performance management. Exciting Projects: Play a pivotal role in implementing a new HR and payroll system and contribute to our commitment to Investors In People (IIP) accreditation. Team Impact: Partner with passionate colleagues to make our client an even better place to work. What You’ll Be Doing: Business Partnering & Employee Relations Partner with leaders to craft effective HR strategies that support workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement. Build relationships with managers and employees to foster trust, openness, and collaboration. Support managers with recruitment, onboarding, and training to attract and retain top talent. Provide expert advice on employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance reviews. HR Administration & Payroll Ensure seamless HR operations, including payroll processing, compliance, and benefits administration. Prepare insightful HR metrics to inform business decisions. Help implement a new HR and payroll system, driving efficiency and accuracy. What We’re Looking For: A proven HR professional with strong Employee Relations and multi-site HR experience. Someone passionate about partnering with leaders and employees to drive positive change. Experience in hospitality, FMCG, or retail is a big plus A confident communicator who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability to travel to Basingstoke (3 days) and London (1 day) per week. Why Join our client?
