Claimont Health are recruiting for exceptional Support Workers who are experienced with supporting clients with substance misuse. This opportunity is to support our client who will be based in the Blackpool area. The shift pattern will be 12hrs and we are recruiting for both days and waking nights. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in providing support and guidance our client who struggles with substance misuse. Your commitment to fostering positive change will be the cornerstone of your daily activities, as you work collaboratively with our client to develop tailored plans to help with his recovery. We are seeing an empathetic individual with a proven track record in the substance misuse sector. A sound understanding of the challenges faced by those affected by drug and alcohol issues is essential. Your ability to engage effectively with service users, coupled with your strong communication skills, will be key to your success in this role.
