Job Title: Bilingual Sales Development Representative (French & English)

Primis is currently representing an fast-growing technology company seeking a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) fluent in both French and English to help expand our customer base.
Position Overview:
As a Bilingual SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, focusing on lead generation and qualification. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to generate interest, identify new opportunities, and schedule meetings for Account Executives. Your role is critical in helping us expand our footprint in both English and French-speaking markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
* Conduct outbound prospecting activities including cold calling, emailing, and social selling to generate and qualify leads.
* Engage with inbound leads to identify their needs, qualify their interest, and assess potential sales opportunities.
Market Research & Targeting:
* Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within targeted industries.
* Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings and the needs of the target market to effectively tailor messaging.
Lead Qualification:
* Use a consultative approach to qualify leads, understanding their needs, budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
* Conduct discovery calls to introduce the product/service, assess needs, and present value propositions.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing:
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and improve messaging effectiveness.
* Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives and maintain a close working relationship to ensure successful hand-off of leads.
CRM Management & Reporting:
* Record all lead activity, follow-ups, and notes in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
* Provide weekly/monthly reports on lead generation metrics and performance, including feedback on outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
* Language Skills: Native or fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales development, telemarketing, or customer service, ideally within a technology or SaaS company.
* Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and familiar with outbound sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools).
* Strong Communication & Listening Skills: Ability to engage prospects, ask open-ended questions, and effectively communicate product benefits.
* Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a track record of achieving or exceeding lead generation targets.
* Adaptability & Resilience: Ability to handle objections, adapt to different personalities, and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with SaaS products or technology solutions.
