Do you have experience of working with young people aged 4 – 11?
Our Lady of Lincoln have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed 1-1 Teaching Assistant looking to join our warm and welcoming school. You will have a talent for engaging children with additional needs, supporting the class teacher and delivering interventions where required.
You will work primarily in 1:1 situations, although you may also cover small groups and provide general classroom support. You will work with children who have varying needs, from SEN needs to behavioural and emotional needs.
There will be opportunities to develop within the school and make a valued contribution to our children's learning.
This is a temporary role (linked to funding) starting as soon as possible. You will be working for 25 hours per week, term time only.

You will:
• Working 1:1 to support children with additional needs (SEND).
• Supporting the class teacher with groups of children or individuals in the classroom.

• Be able to inspire learning and progress.
• Work with children to support any social, emotional, behavioural, personal care or medical needs.
