Role: Logistics Administrator
Salary: £30,000-£33,000 DOE
Location: Oswestry
Hours of work: Monday -Friday 08.00-17.00 – flexible in line with business needs with hybrid opportunity
Purpose of the role:
To ensure accurate and timely administration of all payments/invoices for business, producing reports and analysis on costings when required.
Duties:
Organise spend allocation for central payment and split as applicable.
Authorised Supplier numbers ahead of trading subject to appropriate checks.
Third party quarterly HOA database check
Conformity of all Site/Group/Third Party Agreements
Month end Group reports
Holiday/absence planning and approval
You will have previous experience working within a similar role in Finance, Logistics or Data Entry and be confident using MS Excel, we are seeking a strong communicator both written and verbal.
You will have excellent attention to detail with the ability to prioritise tasks, have good organisational skills and desire to progress within the business and team
