Job Title: 1:1 English and Maths Tutor

Salary:
£25.00 - £30.00 Per hour
Job Duties:
* The 1:1 English and Maths Tutor will be responsible for providing personalised tutoring to students in English and Maths subjects. Duties include assessing students' learning needs, developing tailored lesson plans, delivering engaging and interactive lessons, monitoring student progress, and providing feedback to students and parents/guardians.
Required Qualifications:
* - A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, QTS)
* - Strong knowledge of the English and Maths curriculum
* - Experience in delivering 1:1 tutoring
Education:
* A Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Maths, or a related field
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience in English and Maths
Knowledge and Skills:
* - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* - Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs
* - Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* - Proficiency in using educational technology and resources
Preferred Qualifications:
* - Additional certifications in Special Education or Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL)
* - Experience working with students with learning difficulties or disabilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
