Technology Business Analyst Manager
Worcester based with a balance of home and office working
£66,975 - £70,500 per year
35 hours per week – Monday to Friday
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to make a difference. We are seeking a Technology Business Analyst Manager to join our newly formed Business Analysis team in Worcester. Each day will provide exciting challenges as you work with business colleagues on impactful initiatives through project and product delivery teams. The function is responsible for supporting the organisation in identifying its needs and translating them into achievable technology outcomes. You will need to have effective communication and management skills, embrace a pragmatic approach, foster a growth mindset, and have a driving passion to help your teammates achieve their full potential. This role is based in Worcester and will include a balance of home and office working (3 days in the office and 2 days from home).

The role of Technology Business Analyst Manager will include:
* Helping define team strategy, understand, plan, and prioritise team resourcing, manage escalations and hold key organisational relationships
* Managing complex situations, by eliciting and understanding need
* Managing, mentoring and developing your, and the wider, team members
* Ensuring quality delivery across the service catalogue, which ranges from requirement elicitation to user experience design, through to change and adoption
Skills and experiences:
* Significant experience in a similar leadership role with the ability to lead, motivate and manage teams
* Significant experience of analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions
* Excellent communication skills
* Able to demonstrate possession of a degree, management qualification or relevant professional qualification
* Business analysis qualification (Practitioner level BCS BA, Lean Six Sigma) desirable
* Advanced Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Visio
* Occasional travel may be requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential

* Role salary is £63,196 with an additional policy allowance of £3,779 per annum (rising to £66,522 with an additional policy allowance of £3,978 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
