Here at Vertu Motors we have a great opportunity for a Digital Creative Designer to join our central marketing team in Gateshead. We are looking for a talented creative designer to join our in-house studio team. You will be responsible for creating and developing artwork in a fast-paced environment to deliver desired outcomes for the business across digital channels, email campaigns, media campaigns, sponsorship partners, events and our franchise dealerships. You will work closely with teams across the business to translate briefs into to develop eye-catching and engaging creative activations. You will also receive support, guidance and technical development from senior creative design leads. This role is suited to a mid-level digital designer who has a breadth of experience across digital media, including digital banners, emails, campaign landing pages, social media and video, and can deliver high quality output at a fast pace. We are looking for someone who has the desire to grow and learn – seeking out development opportunities and keeping up to date with latest digital tech developments. Key responsibilities: Creating and producing engaging artwork to complete digital creative asset briefs within time allocated and to deliver great outcomes for the business. Provide design support to other projects when required, retouching photos, creating graphics, logos, identity design, or other graphics. Working with guidelines that protect Vertu’s and manufacturer brand image. Support creative asset reviews to improve & refine to optimise performance. Provide cover for Senior Creative Design Leads in owning and signing off creative asset production for digital, email and brand. Stay up to date with innovative technologies with a focus on personal skill set development. An ideal candidate: Has over 3 years of digital creative design experience within an in-house studio and/or creative design agency. Can confidently work independently and quickly to deliver high quality artwork. Has drive and energy to develop, learn and promote improvements in all that we do. Is organised and can manage workloads effectively. Has a critical eye for detail. This is a full time permanent role with a salary up to £29,000. Hybrid working will be discussed at interview.
