Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Proposal Development Lead to join our team at Orion Electrotech Sales. As a key member of our proposal development team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and submission of high-quality bids that meet client requirements and contribute to business growth.
About the Role
This is a full-time position reporting directly to the Head of Proposal Development. You will own the full bid process, ensuring compliance and quality throughout each stage. Your expertise in developing and maintaining bid strategies and templates will drive success in securing new business opportunities.
You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to identify potential customers and develop tailored proposals that address their specific needs. Additionally, you will analyze bid performance data to optimize future proposal submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality bids, ensuring timely delivery and meeting all client requirements.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive bid strategies and templates, driving consistency and efficiency in proposal development.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and resources for proposal development.
* Analyze bid performance data to inform future proposal strategies and improve overall bid success rates.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in proposal development to continuously improve processes and outcomes.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off. Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
* A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal development, preferably in the electrotech sales industry.
