The Opportunity
Midas enjoys lots of relationships with many different customers, and we recruit Sales and Marketing positions plus other Commercial/Technical roles across many different industries. We are very strong in the foodservice sector but also enjoy partnerships with employers in Construction, Technology, Manufacturing to name a few - it is varied and always different.
We are a high-end niche boutique consultancy with over 2 decades of experience in helping businesses acquire experienced, and highly relevant talented professionals across the UK. We are based in Sutton Coldfield, walking distance from the train station and local amenities. We are a small, yet highly experienced team, who get on well together and achieve what is required from a business perspective and yet have fun doing what we do throughout the working week.
The Role
The crux of the role is to work in partnership with a business development consultant and to go and source candidates in line with our clients hiring needs, this could be a Field Sales role, or Digital Marketing Manager, or National Account Manager or even a Field Service Engineer role (as an example), so you must not be the type to get flummoxed by working on different job briefs. We have all the tools required in order to source talent online (Job boards, Database, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn paid adverts). We will teach you how to do the job, help and explain roles and support you.
The Person
We are looking for a confident telephone communicator and someone that is highly IT literate and can pick up new software quickly. Great time management is a valuable skill to possess for this role. We are looking for a "people person" as this role interfaces with candidates of differing levels of experience. In your work experiences so far in your career, you need to be able to demonstrate how you can meet the desired skills and attributes outlined above. You may be a recruiter that wants to move away form business development or an internal recruiter on an RPO or someone that has used the phone and It packages each day and is a confident communicators.
