The Chef de Partie - Pastry is jointly responsible for the operation of the Pastry kitchen, ensuring that all the outlets and events operate successfully, in accordance with the standard of the hotel, and that they are individually profitable. Your main responsibilities will be to ensure that the Pastry Kitchen is working productively. Along with your roles as an operational Chef de Partie, ensuring the brand standards are maintained, you will also assist with the day-to-day administration of Pastry, working on actively engaging our team in their roles and assisting to maintain motivation in the department. Qualifications: Qualifications About you: We are looking for a strong Chef de Partie - Pastry looking for a new and unique challenge, with experience in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands. Qualifications in Kitchen Production (e.g. NVQ in Food Preparation or equivalent) will be required. Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards will be essential. Basic Computer Skills in MS Office, and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred.
