Ideal Candidate
* Experience: Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or Leader in fast-paced Retail or Hospitality sectors is advantageous. We also welcome candidates from any hospitality, leisure, or retail management background.

Assistant Store Manager Key Responsibilities
* Team Management: Coach and develop your team to achieve outstanding results.
* Deputise: Stand in for the Store Manager, ensuring adherence to all processes/procedures and professional management of compliance.
* Task Implementation: Set and implement tasks to ensure effective service, stock management, and customer flow.
* Sales Maximisation: Drive exceptional sales results through the execution of a clearly defined operating plan.
* Target Achievement: Set and exceed targets, ensuring the team reaches their full potential.
* Stock Ordering: Complete daily stock orders to ensure store availability.
