We're currently recruiting for a Project Co-ordinator to join our ITAM (IT Asset Management) team on a fixed-term basis. You'll be responsible for contributing to the completion of the laptop refresh cycle for the National Trust in 2025.
You'll be proactive and committed to providing great customer service while working collaboratively.
What it's like to work here
You'll be part of a dedicated team of eight, including IT Supplier Managers, IT Asset Managers, and an IT Operations Officer. Together, we're focused on enhancing efficiency and maturity in both functions to support the Trust. With great tools and strong relationships, there's plenty of opportunity to make an impact.
Your contractual location will be our head office in Swindon and there will be an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there is flexibility on where you're based at other times. You'll be required to work at a National Trust location for 40-60% of your working week. This will be discussed in more detail at interview.
What you'll be doing
As Project Co-ordinator, you'll take a proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring information is gathered, updated, and presented clearly to stakeholders.
You'll play a key role in ordering IT equipment and coordinating deliveries through our third-party provider, keeping everything running smoothly.
Building strong relationships will be key to this role, you'll be maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, liaising with properties, and ensuring deliveries and collections are well-organised and efficient.
