We seek a Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Business Systems team who will play a pivotal role in assisting to manage our instance of Salesforce and acting as the SME for all connected apps. You will be working with a team to manage the inbound issues and ongoing build of the Loftware Salesforce instance and associated systems.
Your responsibilities will include intake & triage of new request tickets, administering and configuring these systems to ensure stability, supporting data integrity, and ensuring systems are setup to support efficient operation of various organizational functions.
Salesforce:
Handle various SFDC-related requests with varying level of urgency across the business
Work closely with a salesforce architect and key business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into Salesforce Solutions while leveraging best practices.
Take an active part in technical Salesforce projects through Discovery, Solution Design, Implementation and Support.
Collaborate with our Salesforce Administration Team to help shape the vision for the internal and external use of Salesforce. Drive Salesforce adoption across the organization to ensure maximized use of the platform to drive business growth.
Help create a basic Salesforce training program for new users and update existing documentation.
Administer and configure the Certinia PSA system to meet business requirements and best practices.
Administer and configure the DealHub CPQ platform to align with business requirements, pricing strategies, and sales processes.
Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to sales teams, channel partners, and stakeholders on CPQ system usage and best practices.
Administer and configure other systems to ensure alignment with business requirements.
Intake, triage, and execute support cases which require Business Systems support.
Constantly evaluate our Business Systems infrastructure / architecture and make suggestions for improvements.
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
~ Salesforce Admin Certification.
~ Ability to manage Users, Roles, Profiles, Standard & Custom Objects, Record Types, Page Layouts, Fields.
~ Experience in building and maintaining Salesforce Flows.
~ Experience with Data Management and cleansing, including data loader and other data tools such as ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Ringlead or Five 9.
~ Hands on experience with a CPQ platforms (Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud, DealHub, or similar).
~ Experience with Data Visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik Sense, Tableau) desired, but not required.
