Take a closer look at the role: Job Description: In this role you will be responsible for the manufacture of electrical components for both off and on-car systems and to support the operation of the electrical systems at selected trackside events. What you will be doing: Manufacture of harnesses to support test sensor installation. Electrical termination of sensors and assemblies. Manufacture of low volume prototype analogue and digital electronic circuits. Assist with the electrical car-build, ensuring all installation documentation is followed. Support the operation of the electrical systems at selected trackside events. Assist in the management of electronic component allocation across the business, respecting their life limits. Requirements Educated to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a relevant technical discipline. Experience of working at top level motorsport with a proven ability to create wiring systems using Raychem products and motorsport connectors. IPC-A-610 and IPC-620 (Class 3) certification would be advantageous. Familiarity with calibration processes and associated test equipment. Ability to plan and manage own workloads. Clear and concise communication, verbally and with the use of email. Is self-motivated, innovative and capable of working generally unsupervised to challenging deadlines. Strong levels of IT skills including MS Office, Word, Excel. Positively contribute to an open and inclusive culture.
