* Training & Development: Continuously enhance your own skills and knowledge through in-house training and development.
You’ll play a crucial role in a welcoming, supportive team, where your expertise will be valued and where your efforts will directly contribute to the well-being and success of the children in our care.
The Successful Candidate:
We are looking for someone who:

* Skills & Knowledge: Is knowledgeable in Safeguarding, Foster Care, and relevant legislation; IT literate (Charms database experience is a plus, but training is provided).
* Approach & Flexibility: Has a professional approach, with the ability to manage challenging situations and maintain confidentiality. You should be flexible, willing to learn, and passionate about supporting foster carers and children.
* Full Driving Licence: You will need a valid full driving licence, business insurance, and confidence in transporting children in a safe and supportive manner.
* DBS: An enhanced DBS check is required (covered by CFT).
