Click Intelligence – a fast growing digital marketing agency now in its 10th year are looking for a new SDR to work alongside the existing sales and account management team to prospect, run lead generation and cold call new potential prospects. The ideal candidate will have telesales or phone based experience within a sales environment being used to hitting daily call targets and prospecting for new leads and opportunities. Will need to work well and communicate clearly with the existing team whilst also being able to self-motivate with a flexible 2 day in office / 3 day remote working role.
For this position, ideally we are looking for the following experience:
* Some experience in a sales role is preferred
* Experience using a CRM software is preferred but not essential
* Tenacity and determination, someone who wants to prove themselves.
* The ability to organise & prioritise your workload independently.
* A self-driven person who also works well as part of a team
* A positive and energetic approach
* An interest in digital marketing is not essential but would be useful
Key responsibilities
* Prospecting and building the sales pipeline for the commercial team by engaging with prospects by phone, email and social media
* We encourage creativity and strategic thinking when it comes to outbound prospecting campaigns (emails, cold calls, video-mails, events) to generate leads on well-identified target markets.
* Identifying the key decision makers and determining how we can solve their challenges.
* Converting outbound and inbound leads into qualified meetings for the commercial team.
* Managing data in our CRM (Hubspot), ensuring all communications are logged and kept up to date.
* Sharing ideas and best practices with the team to contribute to growth.
