After a combined 17 years in the corporate world, Dan and Kye established Crescent Mortgages in 2021, moving away from the ‘typical’ financial firm, and instead adopting a more modern, authentic approach. We are supporting with their search for a Mortgage Administrator to join the team. This is a brand new position being brought in to support the 2 Directors at a really exciting time of growth.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
1. Engaging with clients and lenders on behalf of the Directors, managing enquiries.
2. Handling inbound phone calls, taking messages where required and providing an excellent professional service.
3. Overseeing all administrative duties, including monitoring inboxes and any ad hoc responsibilities to support the Directors.
4. Submitting mortgage applications on behalf of clients, tracking their progress and being the main point of contact for any updates.
5. Obtaining documentation and inputting data to ensure the CMS and all systems are up to date and accurate.
Required skills and experience:
1. A proactive, self-efficient attitude with the ability to work autonomously.
2. Strong administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. Well-articulated with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. A keen eye for detail when inputting data and reviewing documents.
5. Excellent organisation skills and ability to multi-task.
6. Previous experience within property or financial services is desirable but not essential.

Crescent Mortgages are based in the beautiful Holt countryside at The Glove Factory Studios. This will be a hybrid position with flexible working once completed probation, but you will be required onsite throughout the training period.
