The working hours for this position alternate every two weeks: from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM for two weeks, followed by 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM for the next two weeks.
Please note this role is based in our Belfast office, with an onsite presence required at least 60% of the time in line with our hybrid working policy.
Digital and Marketing Technology Team
The digital and marketing technology team implements and manages the firm’s integrated marketing information systems and digital marketing communications channels. The digital channels include our public and client websites, email marketing system, content libraries, and blogs. The team is also responsible for the technologies that support core business development and marketing processes, including experience collection, contact management, pitching and opportunity management, CV management, event management, client segmentation and marketing analytics. These broad areas of activity support each other and overlap, helping to provide a 360° view of our interactions with a client.
The digital marketing and technology team is based in London, Belfast, New York, Munich and Sydney, and is part of the global marketing, business development and communications group.
What you will do
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to support with workflow and resource allocation, ensuring efficient delivery of tasks based on team priorities and individual skillsets. This role involves reviewing and updating website content for accuracy, brand adherence, and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) best practices, using the Sitecore platform. You will act as a key support contact for internal stakeholders, providing guidance on Sitecore usage and troubleshooting issues. Additionally, you will run and analyse performance reports across digital platforms, sharing actionable insights with stakeholders. This position also includes collaborating on system upgrades, supporting the digital and marketing technology team on projects, and assisting in the creation and improvement of processes.
What you will have
* Experience working with content workflow/delegation and management systems (Microsoft Dynamics desirable).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to confidently interact at all levels and across cultures.
* Strong editorial and proofreading skills.
* Attention to detail and ability to quality check own work and understand and apply house style guidelines.
* Experience working with key stakeholders and managing client expectations.
* Good understanding of data management and analytical principles and processes.
* Excellent organisational and project management capabilities.
* Understanding of SEO principles.
* Track record of working under pressure.
* Self-motivated, enthusiastic, responsive, proactive and innovative, with good problem-solving skills.
* Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues and delegate to technical colleagues or external providers as required.
You will stand out if you bring
* Experience of website content management systems, ideally Sitecore.
* Experience of using email marketing systems.
* HTML and CSS skills.
* A general background of working with digital assets and web technologies such as websites and apps.
