Our London Transformation and Value Creation team is scaling their capabilities across the technology, consumer, telecoms, and media sectors. Their work complements Analysys Mason’s award-winning transaction-advisory offerings, positioning us as the global consulting partner of choice across the entire Transact-to-Transform lifecycle for our clients.
Job Description
Extending our transformation and value creation (TVC) services across different sectors is a crucial part of our growth strategy. As a principal (director level), you will be instrumental in implementing this strategy, contributing to Analysys Mason’s global growth.
Under the guidance of our TVC practice lead, you will join a highly motivated leadership team responsible for the growth of the practice, driving business development activities, utilising your existing network and contacts and building new ones.
You will manage entire engagement lifecycles, from origination, business development, initial mobilisation, through to final implementation. Acting as a bridge between Analysys Mason and our clients, you will ensure that our value-led outcomes meet our clients’ high standards and expectations.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Helping clients navigate major transformation and strategic change programmes.
* Taking a significant role in business development and the growth of the practice.
* Utilising your network of clients to grow and develop the practice.
* Building client relationships based on the breadth and depth of your expertise.
* Managing a diverse range of client engagement types across a range of sectors and geographies.
* Controlling and optimising costs and resources in the delivery of client engagements.
* Helping to develop intellectual capital around expert topic areas to support client delivery and sales.
* Coaching, mentoring, and inspiring your team to ensure they fulfil their potential and are happy at work.
* Developing and mentoring teams, as well as line-managing your team.
* Bringing together our cross-functional teams to provide a best-in-class approach for our clients.
Qualifications
This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, seeking autonomy and the chance to make a significant impact on clients and the market. Your contributions will shape our practices growth and broader company direction.
This is why, as a minimum, you need:
* Consulting experience, selling, managing, and delivering transformation engagements for high-profile clients across various technology, consumer, telecoms, and media sectors.
* Experience utilising your network to originate business development opportunities.
* Experience in target operating model design, operational excellence, enterprise value creation, or programme recovery and turnaround.
