Trade Counter Sales Administrator in Luton
Newstaff Recruitment Agency in Luton is recruiting for a Trade Counter Sales Administrator.
Location: Luton
Salary: £24,128 per annum + benefits and free parking
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Key Responsibilities
* Serve customers at the trade counter, process orders, and enter them into the Sage accounting system.
* Process payments via the till, including taking card payments and issuing invoices.
* Provide quotations to secure new business from both existing and new customers.
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and in person at the trade counter.
* Strong administrative skills and experience.
* Proven customer service skills in an office or trade counter environment.
* Previous internal sales experience is highly desirable.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A proactive, can-do attitude and attention to detail.
* Team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
