Where you'll be working
The Newt Butchery is at the centre of our food production, sourcing beef, lamb and venison, direct from our farm, and pork and poultry from local farms. In June of 2023 the butchery department moved into a brand new state of the art facility, blending raw production, cured an cooked meat production and a visitor attraction hosting workshops and inspiring guests and customers with our nose to tail whole carcass butchery approach. Our aim is to become the leading whole carcass butchery operation in the country. Buying only whole carcass and using the whole animal. We supply our own internal customers from retail to various restaurants, giving us a unique opportunity to utilise everything we buy.
