We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Demand Generation Director with a proven track record of developing comprehensive demand creation programs utilizing both inbound and outbound strategies to fuel pipeline growth and revenue. You should possess expertise in leading a team of marketing professionals, guiding strategic initiatives, and being able to roll up your sleeves and drive tactical execution. As the Director of Demand Generation, you will need excellent interpersonal skills to provide guidance within the marketing department and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment across all marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in creating and executing B2B omni-channel demand generation strategies, encompassing digital advertising, online and offline events, partner marketing, and more. What you will be doing: Establishing a scalable demand generation function to drive consistent pipeline growth Fine-tuning inbound and outbound demand generation channels, optimizing the mix of digital advertising, SEO, email, webinars, and social media to capture and convert valuable opportunities Overseeing regional marketing managers across APAC, UK & EU, and MEA, and driving performance in event and channel marketing tailored to each region Monitoring and adjusting demand generation campaign performance, conducting thorough evaluations, and implementing improvements to enhance future results Developing account-based marketing programs to support the acquisition and expansion of key accounts Facilitating collaboration between Sales and Marketing to develop cohesive campaigns, refine lead generation strategies, and identify opportunities for pipeline acceleration and sales conversions Planning and allocating budgets for paid advertising, regional demand generation activities, and other integrated marketing initiatives Creating reports and dashboards to track and analyze lead generation activities effectively About you: 7 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within B2B technology markets, with a minimum of 2 years overseeing demand generation at a SaaS company Proficiency in managing diverse marketing channels, including paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, events, content creation, and partner marketing Extensive experience in team management, including coaching and mentoring Demonstrated track record in PPC, lead scoring, nurturing programs, segmentation, ABM, and targeting Strong analytical capabilities to establish measurable objectives and assess campaign performance Comprehensive understanding of optimization strategies across the sales funnel Solid understanding of full-funnel performance marketing & growth levers (acquisition, adoption/activation, monetization, retention) Proficiency in marketing technology and automation systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot, and Google Analytics Excellent project management skills, with a proactive and resourceful approach to driving projects forward Prior experience in budget management is essential What We Offer: Competitive compensation in compliance with your professional expertise Working with a product that matters.
