Position Summary: The Partner Acquisitions Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and developing strategic partnerships that align with Comms365’s growth objectives. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with strong business development skills and the ability to create long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners in the technology and telecom sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive partner acquisition strategy, identifying key markets, segments, and potential partners to drive growth.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners, positioning Comms365 as the partner of choice by understanding their business needs and aligning solutions.
* Prospecting and Lead Generation: Working with the Marketing Director, Identify and source new partner opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach efforts.
* Negotiations and Agreements: Lead contract negotiations and partnership agreements to ensure mutual value, profitability, and clear responsibilities between Comms365 and partners.
* Collaboration with Sales and Marketing: Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure partner acquisition efforts are aligned with company goals and market trends.
* Onboarding and Enablement: Oversee the onboarding process of new partners, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and resources to successfully promote and sell Comms365 products and services.
* Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of new partners, providing regular reports and insights to ensure that acquisition targets are met or exceeded.
* Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
* Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand ambassador for Comms365, ensuring that all partner-facing communications are consistent with the company’s values and strategic messaging.
* ConnectWise reporting: Properly enter all sales leads and prospects into ConnectWise in a timely manner.
* Utilise ConnectWise: Perform sales procedures through activities and opportunities in ConnectWise.
Experience:
Essential:
* Proven experience (3+ years) in partner management, business development, or sales, preferably within the telecommunications, connectivity, or technology sectors.
* Strong understanding of the telecommunications and IoT industries, including market dynamics, key players, and technological developments.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding acquisition targets.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
* Proficiency in CRM software, preferably ConnectWise and other relevant business tools.
* A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to identify new opportunities and drive initiatives forward.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of Connectwise is helpful.

* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
