Job Description
As IFA Administrator, you will be responsible for:
3. Preparing portfolio valuations, producing illustrations and processing of new business
4. Arranging meetings with clients for the advisers
5. Handling client's requests and queries
6. Preparing suitability reports for the approval of the Financial Adviser in line with the company policy
7. Sending reports and investment information to clients
8. Accurately submitting data on the system for clients
9. Ensuring work is completed in specified timelines.
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant for this role must have the following skills and experience:
10. Previous experience working in an IFA or financial planning firm
11. Experience of report writing, valuations and appraisals would be ideal
12. Strong administration skill set
13. Great communication skills
14. Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications
15. Up to date with current FCA Legislation would be ideal
