We have multiple positions available, with both permanent and fixed-term contracts on offer. Opportunities are available on a full-time and part-time basis. You will deliver specific programmes that focus on music in line with our prospectus and contributing to our aims and objectives. You will work towards successful outcomes for students and provide a positive overall experience at the college. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience in teaching English to help shape the future of Cadbury College. The successful candidate will engage and participate in advising and assessing students, preparing course material that accommodates the learning strategy of the college and participating in training and meetings when required. An academic background in English is preferred along with a recognised teaching qualification, (L5 or above). We will also consider someone who is willing to work towards obtaining this qualification. Teaching Qualifications & Salary Banding To be eligible for our Qualified Lecturer salary banding (£30,583 - £46,263), you must hold one of the following teaching qualifications: DTTLS (Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector) Certificate in Education PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) DET (Diploma in Education and Training) DiT (Diploma in Teaching) – if for a vocational subject If you do not hold one of the above qualifications, you will fall into our Unqualified Lecturer salary banding (£25,611 - £28,817).
