You will also offer after-sales technical and commercial support, identifying opportunities to improve client systems and reporting on progress. Once fully trained, participation in the on-call rota for weekend and out-of-hours work will be required. This is a field-based role covering Newcastle and surrounding areas working on a 4 on 4 off day shift. What We're Looking For: Formal vocational qualification in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering. Full UK driving licence (essential for travel requirements). Full right to work without Sponsorship Strong time management and organisational skills. Previous experience in a service engineering or technical support role is desirable. Experience in the water industry, healthcare, or scientific sectors is an advantage. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Background in field service engineering (e.g., coffee machines, vending) or ex-forces with electro-mechanical skills is highly desirable. The Package: Salary: £40,000 - £44,000.
