In this HR Manager position, you will have the ability to shape HR strategies and processes across multiple regions, making a real difference in the way the organisation operates globally.
As HR Manager & joining a small HR team, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and standardising HR policies and procedures across international locations. Acting as a trusted advisor to management, you will provide expert guidance on HR best practices while optimising HR systems to improve data management and reporting. You will focus on streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and the overall employee experience. You will support the full employee lifecycle across the Europe & the US, partnering with regional leaders to address local HR challenges and ensure alignment with company strategy. Additionally, you will monitor compliance with employment laws, support onboarding and retention strategies for key talent, build strong stakeholder relationships to drive seamless communication and execution, and oversee Health & Safety policies and compliance.
You will have international HR experience, with a strong understanding of employment laws and HR practices across the UK, wider Europe & the US. You will have a proven track record in HR policy development, process optimisation, and HRIS enhancement, along with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a multicultural environment. The ability to prioritise multiple projects, work efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and apply strategic thinking, cultural awareness, and problem-solving skills is essential. Preferably degree-educated, you will be CIPD qualified or equivalent.
Hybrid working, the expectation will be for a minimum of 3 days/week for Manchester working.
