Head of Training and Development Pharmacist Prescriber
Location: Remote (occasional travel to Bradford preferred)
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per year (PAYE)

About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing healthcare organization for a Head of Training and Development. This senior leadership position combines clinical expertise with training and operational management, making it an ideal role for a highly experienced Pharmacist Prescriber looking for career progression.
You will be responsible for overseeing 60-70 clinicians directly and influencing a wider team of 130-140 staff members. The role requires resilience, strong leadership, and the ability to manage high-pressure situations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Clinical & Leadership Duties: Spend around 75% of your time on clinical work while managing and mentoring teams.
* Training & Development: Design and deliver workshops, webinars, and training materials to enhance clinical standards.
* Compliance & SOPs: Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and implement structured training frameworks.
* Team Management: Lead and support a large team of pharmacists, prescribers, and clinicians.
* Strategic Planning: Work closely with senior leadership to drive clinical training initiatives and support business growth.
Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Pharmacist Prescriber with 10+ years of experience.
* Background in managing large clinical teams and working in high-pressure environments.
* Strong knowledge of EMIS and SystmOne.
* Completion of the CPPE Pathway for independent prescribing.
* Proven experience in designing training programs, SOPs, and workshops.
* Resilient leader who can handle stress and manage competing priorities.
* Ideally based near Bradford, with the flexibility to travel occasionally.
