As a Business Administration Tutor you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of business professionals, guiding students through the intricacies of business administration. Your role involves inspiring and instructing students in various aspects, including management, finance, and organizational strategy. Developing comprehensive lesson plans that seamlessly integrate the latest trends, tools, and industry standards in business administration, you will equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary for success in the dynamic and ever-evolving business environment. Sharing practical insights and real-world experiences, your goal is to prepare students for the challenges and opportunities they will encounter in their professional journeys. Fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment, your duties extend beyond traditional teaching to encourage critical thinking and excellence in business administration, instilling in students the passion and expertise needed to become future leaders in the business world. The successful candidate will deliver up to Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration. The qualification has been designed to allow learners to obtain and demonstrate the knowledge and skills required to work in administrative support roles within an organisation. You will be delivering to students studying on government-funded training programmes Skills for Life and Work (School Leavers) and ApprenticeshipsNI; as well as private students. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for the Business Administration; and possess the motivation and commitment to see our students succeed on their programme of study. Ideally, they will have good mentoring skills and sound knowledge of working with awarding bodies and delivering qualifications.
