This role will include:
* Generation of new business and customer leads within the targeted markets by prospecting/nurturing companies by phone, introducing MHR, highlighting opportunities, and reacting to potential sales leads as they arise.
* Being a key senior team member with further responsibilities for training and coaching the team and advancing product and systems knowledge to aid the team.
* Effectively generate new business leads through promoting MHR’s portfolio through cold calling.
* Nurturing leads to move them down the sales funnel.
* Working to the agreed business development strategy under the guidance of the Business Development Manager.
* Identify opportunities and effectively present key benefits and value of the product to secure new business leads.
* Record new leads, update current customers, and maintain the CRM database.
* Complete campaigns within an allocated timeframe.
* Promote new software and services to customers to create upselling opportunities for the Customer Relationship Managers.
* Send out bulk letters and emails to generate new business leads.
* Attend all relevant internal training to enhance performance.
* Review competitor information to know how to position MHR differently and win business.
* Deliver against the relevant KPIs, e.g., number of calls, call times, marketing qualified leads, etc. (these may change according to business objectives).
* Conduct coaching sessions 1-1 with team members.
* Conduct training sessions with team members.
* Offer advanced knowledge of systems used within the BDR team, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
This role will be offered based on performance and will provide a pathway into a sales role. This role will include managing a relationship with our Global sales team and ensuring meaningful pipeline and lead generation in the Irish market.
