Up to £45,000 dependent on experience AXA Global Healthcare are looking for a Senior Marketing and Communications Executive to join their team on a permanent basis and manage the development and effective implementation of marketing planning, customer communication and marketing activity for change and transformation projects. This role will have a focus on taking new propositions to market and embedding existing ones with new customers. What you’ll be doing: Act as the lead marketing support for key cross-functional change and transformation projects, focusing on embedding products and propositions. Develop integrated marketing plans that span the end-to-end customer lifecycle. Manage and deliver key marketing and communications for defined projects, ensuring alignment across all business channels (Individual, SME, and Large Corporate). Review and enhance customer communications to increase awareness and adoption of key products and propositions, optimizing touchpoints such as email, web, and app. Scope technical communication requirements and create implementation plans, influencing project teams for efficient delivery. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery and maintenance of communications, including IT testing and document development. Create core marketing assets (web copy, presentations, brochures, videos, etc.) to enhance customer understanding and awareness. Build strong relationships with IT, sales, marketing teams, and internal/external agencies while ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and brand principles for all content.
