We are looking for an organised Clinical Administrator with a passion for making a difference to others. You'll be working 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday 09:00am till 05:00pm), helping ensure the safe and smooth running of services for the people in our care. You will be working at Cygnet Heathers and Meadow Mews. Cygnet Heathers is a 20 bed service providing neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative rehabilitation for men with mental health difficulties and acquired brain injury. Cygnet Meadow Mews is a 10 bed enhanced community residential service for men with neuropsychiatric or neurodegenerative conditions, who may have behaviours that challenge alongside additional social and complex needs.

Job responsibilities
As a Clinical Administrator, you will be providing administrative support to both Cygnet Heathers and Meadow Mews, including being responsible for Health Records and Requests for Access.
* Provide a high standard of organisational & administrative support.
* Promote and ensure the good reputation of the Hospital. Act as a positive role model, maintaining and demonstrating a positive attitude towards Clients, their families, visitors and other staff.
* Ensure effective communication and working relationships are maintained both within the hospital and between Funders and Commissioners, patients and relatives regarding admissions, meetings and any other queries.
* Attend Patient review meetings and document minutes.
* Ensure all medical records are maintained, stored and archived to a high standard.
* Ensure close working relationships are maintained with clinical commissioning groups.
* Responsible for entering data on E-Census.
* Take minutes of meetings if required - arrange CPAs, discharge meetings and professionals meetings and minute.
* Complete administration tasks for the Responsible clinician.
* Management of patients' finances within the hospital with the support of the Head of Care.
* ECensus, Funding and billing forms for patients.
* Reception cover where required.
* Archiving of patient records.

You are:
* An administrator with experience in health care & knowledge of mental health.
* Flexible, organised, able to prioritise workloads, solve problems & make decisions.
* Calm under pressure & can work under your own initiative.
* A strong written & verbal communicator with an eye for detail & excellent interpersonal skills.
* Highly proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Windows & the internet.
Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
