Reporting to the Chief Executive, and working with your Senior Management team colleagues you will be a key member of the SMT in developing a shared vision to grow our business and ensure its longevity. The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and preferably hold a post graduate qualification in addition to demonstrating extensive knowledge of employment law, operational HR expertise and a track record of transformational change.
