Based at our office in London - Paddington, you'll provide comprehensive and high quality administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and the General Counsel and Company Secretary (GC). What you'll do: Efficient calendar, travel and expense processing management for the CFO and General Council Act as point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, as well as government agencies to deal with their enquiries in a timely manner Provide administrative support for the preparation of the CFO's Report for the Urenco Board. Provide ad hoc project coordination and events organisation support, such as scheduling weekly functional meetings, organising offsite meetings and carrying out any other project administration tasks as required. Work closely with the EA to the CEO to ensure the smooth operation of the Executive function comprising of the CEO, CFO and GC. What do you need to thrive in this role? Proven experience working in a PA/EA role at a Senior/Executive level, specifically managing complex calendars and travel itineraries. Ability to work proactively without supervision or direction Excellent communications skills Good interpersonal and team working skills with the ability to maintain relationships and provide quality customer service levels Great organisational skills with the ability to respond to changing priorities.
