We are a leading international law firm in London seeking an ambitious and commercially-minded lawyer to join our thriving Capital Markets & Derivatives practice.

In this role, you will:

* Gain experience on a wide range of complex, high-profile capital markets and derivatives transactions for a prestigious global clientele.
* Work alongside leading partners and talented associates on innovative and market-shaping deals.
* Assist with drafting, negotiating, and closing a variety of capital markets transactions, including structured products, securitizations, and derivatives.
* Conduct legal research, prepare due diligence materials, and manage client communications.
* Develop your legal and commercial skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

We are looking for a candidate with:

1. A minimum of 3 status with up to 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a capital markets or derivatives practice.
2. A strong academic background in law.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. A keen eye for detail and a high degree of accuracy.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
