About the Job As a Panel Beater at our Corby site, you will play a crucial role in restoring damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition. You will be responsible for repairing and replacing body components according to BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer's standards. Working within a dynamic team environment, you will utilise specialist body repair equipment to assess the best methods for repairs, contributing to achieving site targets and maintaining exceptional quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Restore damaged vehicles to their pre-accident condition by repairing and replacing body components. Assess the most effective methods for conducting repairs and utilise specialist body repair equipment to achieve the best results. Adhere to BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer's repair standards. Work collaboratively within a team to achieve site targets. Maintain a high level of quality and attention to detail in all repairs. Maintain a clean and tidy work area, following health and safety guidelines and procedures at all times. About You Our ideal candidate will have: Experience as a panel beater or multiskilled technician from an accident repair background. Strong technical skills and knowledge in panel beating techniques and equipment. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work. The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to assess and repair damage efficiently. Ideally, you will be ATA/NVQ qualified, and we're committed to supporting you in renewing these to further enhance your skills and expertise.
