Senior Wealth Management Administrator
About Our Client:
Our client is a boutique financial advisory firm dedicated to providing exceptional service, with a strong focus on teamwork and client relationships.

Package Details:
The successful candidate will receive a Salary of £28,000-£38,000 Per Annum

Duties and Responsibilities:
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
• Prepare monthly cash reports and handle death claims.
• Manage power of attorney and trust cases.
• Coordinate diary and client meetings.
• Oversee new business processes, including form gathering and transfer processing.
• Arrange client withdrawals and provide dealing instructions.
• Prepare meeting packs, valuations, and illustrations for advisers.
• Serve as the first point of contact for client queries and provide a high level of customer service.
• Perform general office duties, such as scanning, data entry, and phone support.
The Ideal Employee:
Relevant Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a busy IFA practice.
• Strong client communication skills, both face-to-face and via phone.
• Familiarity with Curo and Transact platform (preferred but not essential).
• Ability to work effectively in a busy environment and support team members.
• Some experience managing or training others is advantageous.
