The Purpose of the role:
As a Commis Chef at Warner Hotels, you will be part of a passionate team that takes pride in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will work in a high performing, fast paced volume catering environment aiming to exceed our guest's needs and expectations on a daily basis.

Role Responsibilities:
* Assist in the food preparation process and contribute to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards.
* Understand basic food hygiene practices in a supportive team environment.
* Prepare ingredients, cook meals, and plate dishes on hotel menus as required throughout your shift according to customer requirements.
* Ensure all equipment used is kept clean and in good repair.
* Create a professional and organised environment while remaining calm under pressure.
Experience and Training:
* Previous Commis Chef experience, preferably within a large scale, 180+ room hotel or multi outlet catering environment.
* Level 2 Food Safety Certificate is essential.
* Good understanding of written and spoken English.
